The company provides a variety of wellness services including employee assistance programs (EAPs) and return-to-work solutions. Its three main units, Care Solutions, Behavioral Solutions, and Financial Services, provide everything from chronic disease coverage to mental health and financial planning assistance. OptumHealth is a division of UnitedHealth Group; however, OptumHealth's programs are available in modular components and aren't dependent on coverage through UnitedHealth, though many of OptumHealth's 60 million members are also served by UnitedHealth's traditional health benefit units.
